I build environments that work for neurodivergent brains rather than trying to fix the brain.
I’m a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) and a Certified ADHD Executive Functioning Coach. I work with children, adults, parents, and corporate teams across the UK, South Africa, and internationally.
My work brings together behavioural science, executive functioning coaching, and inclusive design. None of it starts from the assumption that you need fixing.

We start with understanding. Together, we look at how your brain actually works and why certain things feel harder than they should. That understanding is the foundation for everything else.
You are not the thing that needs to change. The way you think, focus, process, and move through the world is not a problem to be solved. What we work on is what surrounds you: the demands, the systems, the sensory load, the expectations, the routines you have inherited or built without realising. When those shift, things get easier. When things get easier, you have more of yourself to spend on what actually matters to you.
Self-awareness is the engine of all of this. When you understand what is going on in your brain, your confidence grows. When your confidence grows, you stop apologising for the way you are wired and start designing a life around it.

A few principles that run through all of my work:
A neurodivergent brain is not a broken neurotypical one. It is wired differently and works on its own logic.
Executive functioning, the part of the brain that helps us plan, organise, and follow through, can develop up to 30 percent later in neurodivergent people. That is a developmental difference, not a character flaw.
Many neurodivergent brains are interest-driven. They run on novelty, curiosity, and meaning, not on what is "supposed" to matter.
Behaviour is information. When something is not working, the behaviour is telling us something about the environment, not about the person.
Coaching is not therapy. We work in the present, on what you can change, and on building practical strategies that fit your life.
I work with:
I see clients online across the UK, South Africa, and internationally.
I have worked with families and children for over a decade. It wasn’t until I was diagnosed with ADHD at 27 that things finally started to make sense for me. That diagnosis was the starting point. Understanding what was actually happening in my brain changed how I worked with myself, and it changed how I work with the people I support.
I don’t want any adult, child, or parent to feel like they are the problem when the problem is actually the environment they exist in.
That belief sits at the centre of everything I do, whether I’m coaching a parent who is running on empty, an adult learning to advocate for themselves at work, or a leadership team trying to do better by their neurodivergent employees.
