Kate was so supportive. I really do feel like I have my own personal cheerleader in my corner. She helped me organise my chaotic thoughts into powerful insights and actionable steps. With her patience and compassion, she gently helped me challenge and reshape my old, limiting beliefs, igniting a renewed sense of confidence and hope. Thank you for all your help!
What can I say. I started my coaching journey with the incredible Kate La Trobe back in May. I’d tried therapy before. Talking, CBT, the works… but nobody ever told me anything I didn’t know. I’m a super intuitive person, so my issue was not being able to dive deep; it was not being able to break things down into achievable chunks. I would see the end goal so clearly and knew it made sense, but whenever I thought about the steps to get there, overwhelm would hit me hard. I’m so much calmer, clearer, and selective about the things that matter. I’ve become better at setting boundaries and knowing that it’s OKAY to do so. It doesn’t make me ‘crap at my job’ or ‘particular’. This experience has been a huge part of making me. I’ve got to another level of myself in which I feel like I’m reaching a much fuller potential. Thank you so much, Kate. Your warmth, kindness, and patience are exactly what I needed, and I will be recommending you far and wide.
Kate is incredible. She’s understanding and makes the coaching experience fun. She helped me learn a lot about navigating the work environment and about myself. She is knowledgeable and empathic. Providing useful worksheets and setting tangible tasks that were interesting and beneficial.
Working with Kate has been genuinely transformational for me! From our very first session, she was open, warm, and incredibly approachable. Her coaching style is non-judgmental and deeply collaborative; I never felt “managed” or corrected, only supported and understood. She helped me break down tasks that once felt completely overwhelming into manageable, achievable steps. She supported me in prioritizing effectively, building structure where I previously felt stuck, and most importantly, she helped me see my true value, something that has had a lasting impact far beyond our sessions.
I work with a fantastic coach, Lizzie. She is an absolute star! She's helped me make life changes that make me function better. Thank you, Lizzie!
My coach, Lizzie, created a safe, supportive space where I felt truly understood, and the strategies we developed together have made a noticeable difference in my focus, confidence, and day-to-day organisation. I’m so grateful for her guidance and would wholeheartedly recommend coaching to anyone looking to better understand and manage their ADHD. Thank you!
Having previously viewed coaching with a healthy dose of scepticism, I wasn’t sure what to expect from my sessions with Paul. However, it instantly became clear that this was a different style of coaching than I’d seen before. Our sessions became something I genuinely looked forward to, and I left each one feeling completely re-energised, even when my motivation had been low beforehand. It also quickly became clear that Paul listened closely and paid attention to things I said, circling back to them or examining my choice of phrases and language, not to try and catch me out, but as a way of understanding how my brain was working and the narrative I was telling myself. Our conversations were always productive, and he was incredibly knowledgeable whilst also showing great empathy and awareness towards me and how I was feeling. If I was insecure about a particular issue at work or at home, rather than give me a pat on the back and tell me things would be fine, Paul employed his coaching skills to help me combat those feelings from a rational perspective, guiding me without ever spoon feeding me, enabling me to unpick my brain at my own pace and providing me the tools to alleviate any worries or stresses myself. The practical tools and advice that Paul provided have helped me greatly in managing many of life’s overwhelming moments, not just at work but at home too, and he’s helped me realise my own self-worth. Paul’s easy rapport and approachable yet professional persona allowed me to be vulnerable whilst never feeling exposed, and I’m indebted to him for the help he’s given me.

I had the opportunity to be coached by Paul in a professional setting during a pivotal time in my career. As someone relatively early in my career and facing a few significant crossroads, I was both intrigued and slightly apprehensive about the prospect of receiving professional coaching. Given my relative juniority and quick progression into management, my initial focus became on understanding myself and how I think to help me become a more effective leader. From the first session, the first thing I noticed was the almost immediate shift in my mood when speaking with Paul. Often, I would arrive feeling tired and drained, but within the first 10 minutes of coaching, I could feel my mood completely change. Paul's personable and accessible approach felt like a breath of fresh air, and as I entered each session with him, I felt lighter from doing so. Paul's skilled but extremely accessible method allowed me to gain much-needed clarity over where I stood in my career and where I wanted to go. Beyond this, Paul helped me recognise the significance of how I show up both professionally and personally. I had often concealed aspects of my personality in an effort to fit in, but Paul's guidance reminded me of the strength of my own authenticity. What stood out the most, however, was Paul's genuine commitment to my growth. He wasn't just focused on addressing immediate challenges; he encouraged me to understand my thought process, challenge my approaches, and build the tools that would help me navigate future situations. Something that would serve me well beyond our sessions together. For people like me, I imagine the initial hurdle in coaching may be determining what exactly it is that they want to explore with a coach. Paul made that process easy, helping me uncover naturally what mattered most and guiding me through this with clarity and purpose. I'm incredibly grateful to have been coached by Paul and can confidently say that his coaching has been the most valuable investment in my personal and professional development. I would highly recommend Paul to anyone seeking a coach who combines expertise, empathy, and an extraordinary ability to inspire growth.
