I am an executive coach, neuro-affirmative coaching supervisor, and facilitator/trainer. I coach clients online in the UK, across Europe, the USA, and further afield.

My aim is to help neurodivergent and neurotypical individuals, leaders, and business owners develop essential strategies, mindsets, and skills for personal growth in a challenging world.

Coaching

My strength-based approach to coaching builds resilience, enhances executive functioning, and strengthens chances for long-term success.

As a member of the International Coaching Federation, I am committed to upholding the ICF Code of Ethics in my coaching practice.

Coaching supervision

My neuroaffirmative coaching supervision integrates emotional intelligence with practical frameworks, helping coaches support their clients to work with their brains, not against them.

My background

I’m proud to be the first in my family to attend university and build a successful career in the legal sector. Today, I serve as the Chief Executive Officer of a legal regulator, following decades of leadership in regulatory and professional bodies.

As a gay man and member of the LGBTQIA+ community, I’ve lived through discrimination and exclusion, especially growing up during the height of the AIDS crisis in the late ’80s and early ’90s, a time when homophobia was not just tolerated but institutionalized.

Being undiagnosed as neurodivergent for much of my life added another layer to the feeling of not fitting in. For years, I tried to conform, masking my true self to meet others’ expectations. It wasn’t until I embraced my identity, both as a neurodivergent and LGBTQIA+ identifying person, that I began to thrive.

This journey taught me the transformative power of self-acceptance and the necessity of truly inclusive spaces.
