I help people understand themselves more deeply and build lives and systems that actually work for who they are, not who they’ve been told to be. I work with online clients in the UK and beyond.

I’m an ADHD Works Accredited Coach, Executive and Leadership Coach, and Reflective Supervisor with over twenty years’ experience across both specialist and mainstream educational settings. I work with neurodivergent and non-neurodivergent individuals, groups, and organisations, supporting them to develop insight, confidence, and sustainable ways of working and living.

My work brings together coaching, reflective supervision, leadership development, and neuro-affirmative practice. At its core, it is about understanding the individual and creating space for growth that feels authentic and achievable.

How I coach

Coaching with me starts with curiosity, not assumptions.

Together, we explore how you think, feel, respond, and navigate the world. Sometimes coaching brings clarity and answers. Sometimes it raises new and important questions. Both are valuable. The aim is not to force change, but to discover what works for you.

I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all strategies. What we focus on is developing awareness, recognising patterns, and building approaches that fit your life, your context, and your energy.

My role is to support, challenge, and reflect, helping you move forward in a way that feels grounded and sustainable.

How I think about things

Our coaching approach is grounded in evidence-informed, neuro-affirming frameworks, designed to meet you where you are, whether you’re neurodivergent or neurotypical.

Understanding yourself is the foundation for meaningful change.

There is no single “right way” to think, learn, lead, or live.

Coaching is as much about reflection as it is about action.

Growth comes from working with who you are, not against it.

Environments, expectations, and systems often need to shift just as much as individuals do.

Wellbeing and performance are deeply connected, not separate.

Who I work with

I work with:

My work includes one-to-one coaching, group coaching, reflective supervision, and facilitating training and wellbeing days, particularly within educational settings.

My background

I have spent over two decades working in education, including my most recent role as Headteacher of a large inclusive primary school where a coaching culture and holistic provision were central. I have also worked as an Advisory Teacher within a local authority, supporting schools and professionals.

Alongside my coaching and supervision work, I contribute to the development and delivery of neuro-affirmative training programmes and regularly facilitate coaching and wellbeing days. I have spoken publicly about mental health and wellbeing in education, including appearances on
This Morning and The One Show, particularly in response to the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic.

I have also delivered workshops at conferences, including presenting at the Anna Freud Conference in Manchester, focusing on behaviour, culture, and ethos in school settings.
